Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) has been a pop culture phenomenon for decades, and it’s no surprise that fans of the franchise have created some of the funniest memes on the internet. However, not all TMNT memes are suitable for all audiences, which is why we’ve compiled a list of the best TMNT memes that are clean and family-friendly. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the franchise, these memes are sure to make you laugh.

What Makes a TMNT Meme “Clean”?

Before we dive into the best clean TMNT memes, it’s important to define what makes a meme “clean.” In general, a clean meme is one that is appropriate for all ages and doesn’t contain any vulgar language, graphic content, or offensive material. For TMNT memes, this means avoiding any references to violence, drugs, or sexual content. Instead, clean TMNT memes focus on the humor and nostalgia of the franchise, often poking fun at the characters and their quirks.

The Best Clean TMNT Memes

1. Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo as the Beatles

This meme plays off the classic Beatles album cover, but replaces the Fab Four with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The turtles are each in their respective color-coded costumes, with Leonardo taking the place of John Lennon, Raphael as Paul McCartney, Donatello as George Harrison, and Michelangelo as Ringo Starr. This meme is a fun nod to both pop culture icons and is sure to make any fan of either franchise smile.

2. Donatello’s “Booyakasha”

Donatello is known for his technical prowess and intelligence, but he’s also known for his catchphrase “Booyakasha!” This meme takes that catchphrase and plays off the fact that Donatello is often portrayed as the “nerdy” turtle. The meme shows Donatello saying “Booyakasha!” while wearing glasses and holding a book, with the caption “When you finally understand a complex math problem.”

3. Michelangelo’s Pizza Obsession

Michelangelo is the party-loving, pizza-eating turtle, and this meme plays off that aspect of his personality. The meme shows Michelangelo holding a pizza box with the caption “When you order pizza online and the delivery guy is faster than the website said.”

4. Leonardo’s Leadership Skills

Leonardo is the “serious” turtle who is often portrayed as the leader of the group. This meme plays off that aspect of his personality, showing Leonardo giving a speech with the caption “When you’re the only one in your group project who did any work.”

Responses from TMNT Fans

We asked TMNT fans on social media what their favorite clean TMNT memes are, and here’s what they had to say:

“I love the one where Donatello is trying to explain something technical and the other turtles are just staring at him like he’s crazy.” – @TMNTfan4life

“The one where Michelangelo is holding a pizza box and the caption is ‘When you hear someone say they don’t like pizza.'” – @TurtlePower

“My favorite is the one where Leonardo is giving a speech and the other turtles are all yawning. It’s so relatable!” – @NinjaTurtleGirl

Conclusion

TMNT memes are a fun way to celebrate this beloved franchise, and these clean and family-friendly memes are perfect for fans of all ages. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the franchise, these memes are sure to make you laugh and bring a smile to your face.
