The Steve Harrington Hair Meme

Steve Harrington’s hair has become almost as famous as the actor who plays him, Joe Keery. The character’s voluminous, gravity-defying locks have inspired countless memes and even a Halloween costume. But perhaps the most hilarious use of the Steve Harrington hair meme is when people edit his hair onto other characters or objects. You might see a picture of a cat with Steve Harrington hair, or even a car with a roof made out of his famous locks.

“I can’t get enough of the Steve Harrington hair memes. They’re so creative and ridiculous, but they always make me smile. I think it’s because Joe Keery seems like he has a great sense of humor, so it feels like we’re all in on the joke together.” – Mike, 32

The Jim Hopper “Dad Bod” Meme

David Harbour’s character Jim Hopper has become something of a sex symbol over the years, thanks in part to his rugged good looks and charming personality. But perhaps the most beloved aspect of Hopper’s character is his “dad bod.” People love to make fun of Hopper’s love of junk food and his lack of interest in exercise, using memes to express their own body positivity and love of snacks.

“As someone who has always struggled with body image issues, the Jim Hopper dad bod memes are really empowering. It’s great to see people celebrating a body type that isn’t traditionally seen as attractive, and it’s a reminder that we should all love ourselves no matter what we look like.” – Emily, 29

But the “friends don’t lie” meme has also been used in some hilarious ways, with people editing the phrase onto pictures of unlikely duos. For example, you might see a meme that says “Me when someone tries to talk to me before I’ve had my morning coffee” with a picture of Mike looking exasperated.

“The ‘mouthbreather’ meme is so funny because it’s such a specific insult. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone call someone a mouthbreather in real life, but it just works so well in the context of the show. It’s also a great way to express annoyance without being too mean.” – Lauren, 31

The “Billy the Lifeguard” Meme

The character of Billy Hargrove is one of the most divisive in the Stranger Things universe. Some fans love his bad boy attitude and smoldering good looks, while others can’t stand him. But one thing that everyone can agree on is that his stint as a lifeguard in season three was hilarious. Billy’s over-the-top personality and cheesy one-liners have inspired a whole host of memes, with people using them to express everything from amusement to annoyance.

“The ‘Billy the Lifeguard’ memes are so funny because they’re such a departure from the character we’re used to seeing. Billy is usually so dark and brooding, but as a lifeguard he’s just ridiculous. It’s also a great example of how the show can balance humor and drama.” – Alex, 28

The “Dustin’s Teeth” Meme

Dustin Henderson’s teeth have been a subject of discussion among Stranger Things fans since the show first premiered. The actor who plays Dustin, Gaten Matarazzo, has a condition called cleidocranial dysplasia that affects the development of his teeth and bones. But rather than hiding the condition, Matarazzo has used it as a way to raise awareness and inspire others. The “Dustin’s teeth” meme is a way to celebrate Matarazzo’s positive attitude and to remind people that it’s okay to be different.

“I love the ‘Dustin’s teeth’ meme because it’s a way to celebrate Gaten’s unique look and to remind people that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. He’s such a great role model for young people, and I think his positive attitude is one of the reasons why people love him so much.” – Kelly, 30
