Destiny 2 has been a popular game since its release in 2017. With the release of Shadowkeep in 2019, the game has become even more popular, and its memes have become even funnier. In this article, we will take a look at some of the funniest Destiny 2 memes that have been created since the release of Shadowkeep.

The Arrival of Shadowkeep

The release of Shadowkeep brought with it a lot of excitement for Destiny 2 players. The expansion brought new weapons, armor, and missions to the game. However, it also brought a lot of funny memes. One of the most popular memes that came out of the release of Shadowkeep was the “Moon’s Haunted” meme.

The “Moon’s Haunted” meme originated from a line that Eris Morn, a character in the game, says when you first arrive on the Moon. The line quickly became a meme, with players using it in a variety of different ways. Some players used it to describe their own experiences on the Moon, while others used it to make fun of Eris Morn’s obsession with the Hive.

The Raid Memes

Destiny 2 raids are some of the most challenging and rewarding experiences in the game. They require teamwork, coordination, and a lot of patience. However, they can also be a source of some of the funniest memes in the game.

One of the most popular raid memes is the “Riven Cheese” meme. Riven is a boss in the Last Wish raid, and players found a way to defeat her without actually fighting her. This method, known as “cheesing” the boss, became very popular among players. The meme features a picture of Riven with a slice of cheese on her head, and it quickly became a favorite among Destiny 2 players.

The PvP Memes

Destiny 2’s PvP mode, Crucible, is another source of funny memes. Players often create memes based on their experiences in the mode, whether it’s getting killed by a certain weapon or getting trapped in a corner by an enemy team.

One of the most popular PvP memes is the “Luna’s Howl” meme. Luna’s Howl is a weapon that was introduced in the game’s second season, and it quickly became one of the most popular weapons in the game. However, getting the weapon requires a lot of skill and dedication, and many players found themselves struggling to get it. The meme features a picture of the weapon with the caption “Luna’s Howl? More like Luna’s Unobtainable.”

The Community’s Response

Destiny 2’s memes have not gone unnoticed by the game’s developers. Bungie, the company behind the game, has even created its own memes based on the game. The company has also responded to some of the community’s memes, showing that they are paying attention to the game’s community.

Destiny 2 players have also responded to the memes, with many of them sharing their own memes on social media. The game’s community is known for being very active on social media, and the memes have become a way for players to connect with each other.

Final Thoughts

Destiny 2 memes have become a big part of the game’s culture, and they show no signs of slowing down. Whether it’s making fun of a difficult raid boss or laughing at a funny glitch, the memes are a way for players to express their love for the game.
