When it was first announced that Robert Pattinson would be taking on the role of Batman in the upcoming film, fans were skeptical. Many couldn’t picture the former Twilight heartthrob as the Dark Knight. However, as more information about the movie has been released, it’s clear that Pattinson is taking the role seriously and is bringing his own unique spin to the iconic character.

The First Look

In early 2022, the first images of Pattinson in the Batman suit were released. The internet was quick to react, with memes and jokes flooding social media. Some fans were impressed with the look, while others were still skeptical.

“I wasn’t sure about Pattinson as Batman at first, but he looks pretty badass in that suit,” said Twitter user @BatFan2023.

However, others were not as kind.

“Why does Robert Pattinson look like he’s going to a goth club instead of fighting crime?” joked @JokerFan420.

The Trailer

In the summer of 2023, the first trailer for The Batman was released. The trailer showcased Pattinson’s intense portrayal of the character, as well as the film’s dark and gritty tone.

“Okay, I have to admit, I was wrong about Pattinson. He looks like he’s going to give a great performance,” said Reddit user u/BatmanForever.

However, not everyone was convinced.

“I’m sorry, but I just can’t take Pattinson seriously as Batman. He’ll always be Edward Cullen to me,” said @TwilightFan4ever.

Some of the most popular memes include Pattinson looking sad while in the Batman suit, him holding a bag of groceries with the caption “Bruce Wayne on a budget,” and him wearing a mask over his eyes instead of his nose and mouth.

The Reaction from Pattinson

Despite the constant mocking, Pattinson has taken it all in stride. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he even admitted to finding some of the memes funny.

“I think some of them are really creative and hilarious,” he said. “I don’t take it too seriously.”

In 2023, the world of social media was taken by storm when memes of Robert Kraft’s infamous “rings” began circulating online. The memes featured the New England Patriots’ owner wearing a plethora of rings on his fingers, with humorous captions poking fun at his ostentatious display of wealth.

The Origin of the Meme

The meme originated from a viral video that surfaced in early 2023, showing Kraft at a charity event wearing an excessive amount of rings on his fingers. The video quickly spread across social media, sparking a wave of memes and jokes at Kraft’s expense.

Response from Kraft

Kraft initially laughed off the memes, stating in a press conference that he was simply having fun at the event and didn’t think much of it. However, as the memes continued to spread and gain popularity, Kraft grew increasingly frustrated with the constant mockery.

“I understand that people like to have fun and make jokes, but I don’t think it’s fair to constantly make fun of me for something that was just a harmless joke,” Kraft stated in a later interview. “I’m just trying to have a little fun and enjoy myself, and I don’t think it’s fair to be constantly ridiculed for it.”

The Memes Go Viral

Despite Kraft’s protests, the memes continued to spread across social media platforms, with users creating their own versions of the meme and sharing them with friends and followers. Some of the most popular captions included “When you win so many Super Bowls, you run out of fingers” and “Robert Kraft: The Lord of the Rings.”

Reactions from Fans

Fans of the New England Patriots were divided on the issue, with some finding the memes hilarious and others feeling that they were disrespectful to Kraft. “I think it’s all in good fun,” said one fan. “Kraft is a good sport and he knows how to take a joke.”

Others, however, felt that the memes were disrespectful and went too far. “I don’t think it’s right to make fun of someone for something that they enjoy,” said another fan. “Kraft loves his rings, so what’s the harm in that?”

The Memes Take on a Life of Their Own

As the memes continued to spread, they began to take on a life of their own. Fans of other NFL teams began creating their own versions of the meme, with captions like “Jerry Jones: Hold my rings” and “Dan Snyder: Amateurs.”
