It’s been a few months since the release of the new iPhone, and as always, the internet has been buzzing with memes about the latest Apple device. From poking fun at the high price tag to the new camera features, the memes have been endless. In this article, we’ll take a look at some of the most popular memes surrounding the new iPhone and what people have been saying about them.
The Price Tag
One of the most common memes about the new iPhone has been about the price tag. At over $1,000, many people have been joking about having to sell a kidney to afford it. Some have even compared it to a down payment on a house. While the price is certainly steep, there are those who argue that the high price is worth it for the latest and greatest technology.
“I know it’s expensive, but I’m a big Apple fan and I always want to have the newest iPhone,” says John, a college student. “I saved up for it and I’m really happy with my purchase.”
The Camera
The new iPhone boasts a triple camera system, which has been the subject of many memes. Some have joked that the phone looks like a spider, while others have poked fun at the idea of needing three cameras to take a photo.
“I honestly don’t understand why they need three cameras,” says Sarah, a photographer. “I think it’s just a marketing ploy to get people to upgrade their phones. But hey, if people want to spend their money on it, that’s their choice.”
The Battery Life
Another common meme about the new iPhone has been about the battery life. Many people have joked that the phone dies after just a few hours of use, while others have compared it to a potato. While some users have reported issues with battery life, others have found that it lasts just as long as their previous iPhone.
“I haven’t noticed any issues with the battery life on my new iPhone,” says Mark, a business owner. “I use it throughout the day and it lasts just as long as my old phone did. I think people just like to complain.”
The Design
Finally, there have been memes about the design of the new iPhone. Some have joked that it looks like a stove top, while others have compared it to a fidget spinner. While the design is certainly different from previous iPhones, there are those who appreciate the new look.
“I really like the design of the new iPhone,” says Emily, a graphic designer. “It’s sleek and modern, and I think it stands out from other phones on the market. Plus, I love the color options.”
Conclusion
Overall, the memes surrounding the new iPhone have been both funny and critical. While some people have been quick to poke fun at the high price tag and new features, others have been happy with their purchase. As with any new technology, there are bound to be issues and criticisms. But at the end of the day, it’s up to each individual to decide whether the new iPhone is worth the investment.
