Back in the early 2020s, memes were everywhere on the internet. From the “distracted boyfriend” to the “woman yelling at cat”, memes were the go-to source of entertainment for millions of people. However, there was one meme that stood out from the rest – the “Haha Got You” meme.

The “Haha Got You” meme was a simple yet effective meme that involved tricking your friends or family members into believing something that wasn’t true. The meme typically involved a screenshot of a fake news article or a fake social media post with a caption that read “Haha Got You”. The idea was to fool your friends into believing the article or post was real and then reveal the truth by saying “Haha Got You”.
