At its peak, the Gains O’ Clock meme was everywhere, with fitness enthusiasts and casual gym-goers alike jumping on the bandwagon. Some even started using the hashtag #GainsOClock on their social media posts.

The Origin of the Gains O’ Clock Meme

The origins of the Gains O’ Clock meme are unclear, but it likely started on fitness forums or social media groups. The earliest known use of the phrase “Gains O’ Clock” was in a tweet from fitness influencer Matty Fusaro in 2015.
