In the early 80s, a cartoon series called He Man and the Masters of the Universe became an instant hit among children. Created by Filmation, the show featured the adventures of the muscular He Man, who fought against the evil Skeletor to protect the magical world of Eternia. Today, more than four decades later, He Man still holds a special place in the hearts of many adults who grew up watching the show. But recently, He Man has also become a popular subject of internet memes, particularly in the English-speaking world.
What are He Man Memes?
He Man memes are internet jokes or parodies that use images or video clips from the original cartoon series. They often involve humorous captions or meme formats that are popular on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit. Some He Man memes are simply funny one-liners, while others are more elaborate jokes that reference popular culture or current events.
Why are He Man Memes so Popular?
There are many reasons why He Man memes have become so popular in recent years. For one thing, the original cartoon series has a nostalgic appeal for many people who grew up in the 80s. By using He Man as a meme subject, people can tap into that sense of nostalgia and relive their childhood memories in a humorous way.
Additionally, He Man himself is a larger-than-life character who embodies many of the qualities that people find amusing or entertaining. He is strong, heroic, and often over-the-top in his actions and dialogue. By putting him in absurd or unexpected situations, meme creators can play with those qualities and create humor out of them.

This meme format involves a still image of He Man pointing dramatically, with a caption that starts with “He Man says…” and then includes a humorous observation or advice. For example, one version says “He Man says always wear a helmet while cycling” with an image of a cyclist crashing.
“He Man vs.”>
