Who is Queen Elizabeth II?

How did Queen Elizabeth II become a meme?

It’s hard to say exactly how Queen Elizabeth II became a meme, but it probably has to do with her public appearances and her facial expressions. The Queen is known for keeping a stoic and serious expression, but every once in a while, she’ll crack a smile or make a funny face. These moments have been captured on camera, and internet users have taken those images and turned them into memes.
