LeBron James vs. Paul Pierce
One of the most iconic moments in the Cavs Celtics rivalry came during the 2012 Eastern Conference Finals, when LeBron James and Paul Pierce engaged in a heated battle on the court. The two players spent the series trading barbs and physical blows, and fans on both sides of the rivalry quickly turned the feud into a meme. Some of the best LeBron vs. Pierce memes included images of the players as superheroes, with LeBron as Superman and Pierce as the Joker.
The Decision
In 2010, LeBron James made the controversial decision to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers and join the Miami Heat.
