Assassin's Creed Logic Memes: A Hilarious Take On The Game's Inconsistencies

by

Something Ive never understood while playing Assassins
Something Ive never understood while playing Assassins from www.pinterest.com.au

Since the release of the first Assassin’s Creed game back in 2007, the franchise has been a fan-favorite for its thrilling gameplay, captivating storylines, and stunning visuals. However, as with any game, there are bound to be inconsistencies and illogical moments that break the immersion for players. Luckily, the internet has come to the rescue with “Assassin’s Creed logic memes” that poke fun at these moments in a hilarious way.

The Birth of Assassin’s Creed Logic Memes

The first Assassin’s Creed logic meme is believed to have originated on a Reddit thread back in 2012. The meme featured a screenshot from Assassin’s Creed II, where the protagonist Ezio Auditore da Firenze is seen standing on a rooftop with a guard below him. The caption read: “Assassin’s Creed logic: Can see a guard from a rooftop, can’t see a 6-foot tall man in a white hood standing right in front of him.” Since then, the internet has been flooded with similar memes that highlight the game’s logical inconsistencies, ranging from silly physics to illogical enemy behavior. These memes have become a staple of the Assassin’s Creed community and have even been acknowledged by the developers themselves.

The Top Assassin’s Creed Logic Memes

Here are some of the top Assassin’s Creed logic memes that have gained popularity over the years:

1. “Eagle Vision”

One of the most iconic features of the Assassin’s Creed franchise is the “Eagle Vision,” which allows the player to see enemies and objectives through walls. However, many fans have pointed out that this ability makes no sense in the game’s lore, and the memes reflect this with captions like “Eagle Vision: because seeing through walls is an Assassin thing.”

2. “Haystacks”

Assassin’s Creed is famous for its iconic “leap of faith,” where the player jumps off a tall building and lands safely in a haystack below. However, as many fans have pointed out, this makes little sense in reality, and the memes reflect this with captions like “Assassin’s Creed logic: jumps off a 20-story building, lands in a haystack, and walks away like it’s nothing.”

3. “Guards”

One of the most common themes in Assassin’s Creed logic memes is the behavior of guards in the game. Fans have pointed out that guards are often oblivious to the player’s presence, even when they are standing right in front of them. The memes reflect this with captions like “Assassin’s Creed logic: Can assassinate a guard right in front of his friend, and the friend won’t even notice.”

The Reaction to Assassin’s Creed Logic Memes

Assassin’s Creed logic memes have been met with mixed reactions from the community. Some fans find them hilarious and a great way to poke fun at the game’s inconsistencies, while others argue that they detract from the immersive experience of the game. One Reddit user commented: “I love these memes. They’re a great way to laugh at the game’s flaws and still enjoy it at the same time.” Another user disagreed, saying: “I think these memes are disrespectful to the hard work that the developers put into the game. They’re just trying to make a living, and we should appreciate that.”

The Future of Assassin’s Creed Logic Memes

As long as the Assassin’s Creed franchise continues to produce games with logical inconsistencies, it’s safe to say that the memes will continue to thrive. Whether you love them or hate them, there’s no denying that they add an extra layer of humor to the already entertaining world of Assassin’s Creed. In conclusion, Assassin’s Creed logic memes are a hilarious way to poke fun at the game’s inconsistencies and have become a staple of the franchise’s community. While they may not be for everyone, they provide a lighthearted take on the game’s flaws and add an extra layer of entertainment to an already captivating franchise.
