Use Soap and Warm Water
When washing your hands, use soap and warm water. The soap helps to break down the oils and dirt on your skin, while the warm water helps to loosen any germs or viruses that may be present.
Scrub for at Least 20 Seconds
Be sure to scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds, making sure to wash all surfaces, including the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
Rinse Thoroughly
After scrubbing your hands, rinse them thoroughly under running water. Make sure to remove all soap and dirt from your skin.
Dry Your Hands
Finally, dry your hands thoroughly with a clean towel or air dryer. Avoid touching any surfaces with your newly washed hands, as this can transfer germs and bacteria back onto your skin.
