It’s hard to believe that it’s been a decade since the Pablo Meme Waiting took the internet by storm. For those who may not remember, the meme involved a still image of actor Pablo Schreiber from the hit series “Orange is the New Black” looking intently at something off-camera, with the caption “When you’re waiting for someone to finish talking so you can tell them something.”
Initially, the meme was just a funny image that people would share on social media, but it quickly became a sensation. People began using the image to express their own frustrations with waiting for things, whether it was waiting for a friend to stop talking so they could speak or waiting for their food to arrive at a restaurant.
