It’s been a few years since the Game of Thrones finale aired, but the memes are still going strong. Season 7 was particularly meme-worthy, with fans taking to the internet to share their reactions and opinions on the various plot twists and character arcs. Here are some of the best Game of Thrones memes from the season 7 finale.

The Wall Comes Down

One of the most shocking moments from the finale was when the Night King and his army of White Walkers destroyed the Wall with the help of Viserion, the dragon that had been turned into an ice dragon. Fans were quick to create memes about this epic moment, including one that showed the Night King on a snowboard, riding down the Wall as if it were a halfpipe.

“I couldn’t believe it when the Wall came down,” said John, a Game of Thrones fan from Chicago. “It was such a crazy twist, and the memes that came out of it were hilarious.”

Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen

The relationship between Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen was a major focus of season 7, and the finale saw them finally consummate their love. Fans had mixed feelings about this development, but it still led to some great memes. One popular meme showed Jon and Dany lying in bed together, with Jon telling Dany that he loved her, and Dany responding with “I know.”

“The Jon and Dany memes were some of my favorites,” said Sarah, a Game of Thrones fan from New York. “They were both so awkward and cute, and the memes captured that perfectly.”

Arya Stark and Sansa Stark

The relationship between Arya Stark and Sansa Stark was also a major focus of season 7, and many fans were disappointed with how it played out. The finale saw the sisters team up to take down Littlefinger, but some fans felt that their reconciliation was rushed and didn’t make much sense. This led to some memes that poked fun at the awkwardness of their scenes together.

“I really wanted to like the Arya and Sansa storyline, but it just didn’t work for me,” said Mark, a Game of Thrones fan from Los Angeles. “The memes were the only good thing to come out of it.”

The Dragonpit Meeting

The finale also featured a tense meeting between all the major players in King’s Landing, as they came together to discuss the threat of the White Walkers. The scene took place in the Dragonpit, a ruined arena that had been used for gladiatorial games in the past. Fans were quick to point out how ridiculous it was to hold a meeting in such a dangerous location, and the memes came pouring in.

“The Dragonpit meeting was so ridiculous,” said Emily, a Game of Thrones fan from London. “I mean, why would they choose such a dangerous location to hold a meeting? The memes were the only thing that made it bearable.”

Overall, the season 7 finale of Game of Thrones was a great source of memes for fans. Whether it was the Wall coming down, Jon and Dany’s relationship, Arya and Sansa’s awkward scenes, or the Dragonpit meeting, there was no shortage of material to work with.
