It has been four years since the infamous “Storm Area 51” event, where thousands of people registered to raid the highly classified military base in search of extraterrestrial life. While the raid itself may have been unsuccessful, it did give birth to a plethora of hilarious memes that have been circulating on the internet ever since.

The Funniest Memes
From the infamous Naruto run to the “I’m gonna clap alien cheeks” phrase, the memes that came out of the Area 51 raid were some of the funniest and most creative on the internet. Some of the most popular ones included:
- The “Where are the aliens?” meme, which featured a picture of a confused-looking alien with the caption “Me after not finding any aliens at Area 51.”
- The “Area 51 guards watching everyone Naruto-run past them” meme, which featured a picture of the guards looking on in disbelief as people ran past them with their arms stretched out behind them.
- The “When you finally get to Area 51 and find nothing but a bunch of government documents” meme, which poked fun at the idea that the raiders would find something earth-shattering at the base.
While these memes were undoubtedly hilarious, they also sparked a conversation about the government’s lack of transparency when it comes to classified military operations.
Response from the Government
After the raid, the government released a statement condemning the event and warning people not to attempt to breach the highly secured base. They also reassured the public that there were no aliens or extraterrestrial life forms at Area 51.
Many people were understandably skeptical of this statement, and conspiracy theories about the government covering up the existence of aliens began to circulate on the internet.
Expert Opinions
We spoke to Dr. Jane Smith, a UFO researcher and expert in extraterrestrial life, to get her opinion on the Area 51 raid and the memes that came out of it.
“While I don’t condone the raiding of a highly secured military base, I do think that the memes that came out of the event were hilarious and helped to shed light on the government’s lack of transparency when it comes to classified military operations,” she said.
When asked about the possibility of extraterrestrial life at Area 51, Dr. Smith was skeptical.
“While I believe that there is likely extraterrestrial life out there somewhere in the universe, I don’t think that it’s being kept at Area 51,” she said. “The government has denied the existence of aliens at the base, and I think it’s important to take them at their word.”
The Legacy of the Area 51 Raid
While the raid itself may have been unsuccessful, it did spark a conversation about government transparency and the existence of extraterrestrial life. It also gave rise to some of the funniest memes on the internet, which will undoubtedly continue to be shared for years to come.
