Why the Hatred for the Patriots?
Before we dive into the memes, let’s take a quick look at why some fans hate the Patriots. For starters, the team has been accused of cheating multiple times over the years, with scandals such as Spygate and Deflategate tarnishing their reputation. Additionally, some fans feel that the Patriots receive favorable treatment from referees and the league, allowing them to win games they shouldn’t.
Of course, there are also those who simply dislike the Patriots because of their success. The team has won six Super Bowls since 2002 and has made the playoffs in all but two seasons since then. For fans of other teams who have been on the losing end of games against the Patriots, it can be frustrating to see them continue to dominate year after year.
