The Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants have been playing each other since 1960, but their rivalry really started to heat up in the 1980s. During that decade, the Cowboys and the Giants were two of the best teams in the NFL, and they faced each other in several memorable games. In 1981, the Giants beat the Cowboys in a playoff game that is still remembered as one of the greatest games in NFL history. In 1986, the Giants beat the Cowboys again in the playoffs on their way to winning the Super Bowl. But the Cowboys got their revenge in 1991 when they beat the Giants in the playoffs on their way to winning their own Super Bowl.
Since then, the rivalry has only grown stronger. The Cowboys and the Giants have faced each other twice a year every year since 1960, and they have played some truly epic games.
